The notch milling machine is used to notch plastic specimens in accordance with the standards listed above.
Features
Text Box: 63 mm 40-200 mm/min 200-1000 rpm 80 mm 70-500 mm/min max. 8 bar Using a milling head, a V-shaped notch is milled into one side of the specimen. The most important characteristics are the radius and the residual specimen width in the notch root. A pack of Specimens are clamped in an universal clamping device and notched in one pass. Other milling cutters are available for different materials and notch radii. The cutting speed and feed rate are progressively adjustable. New parameter can be typed in by the help of the LCD display.
