The UDR-40S-HM is an uncompressed disk recorder incorporating HDMI I/F.
Two models: 4-channel I/Os and 8-channel I/Os are on the market.
Inheriting the concept of the UDR series, the UDR-40S-HM features higher-speed and wider-bandwidth than existing models.

- This recorder is an uncompressed recorder with 4 or 8-channel HDMI I/Os.
- 4096x2160RGB 12-bit 120P (60Px3D) output is supported (for 8-channel model).
- Further channel expansion through synchronous operation control with two or more units (Optional).
- Simplified operation through dedicated application GUI software is realized.
- Various image file formats including BMP, TIFF, and DPX are supported.
- Automatic generation of a parity equivalent to RAID5 ensures data reliability.
- High-speed image data transfer to a personal computer through 1000BASE-T I/F is possible.
